Orders are generally processed within our standard fulfillment timeframe; however, processing and delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Earthia Nutrition shall not be responsible for delays resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Supply chain disruptions;

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Risk of loss and title to purchased products transfer to you upon delivery of the package to the shipping carrier or confirmation of delivery at the shipping address provided during checkout.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping addresses are accurate before completing their purchase.

7. 100% Satisfaction Guarantee

At Earthia Nutrition, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of the date your order is delivered.

Before returning any product, you must contact Earthia Nutrition to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns received without a valid RMA number may be refused and returned to the sender.

To request an RMA number, please contact our Customer Support team and provide:

  • Your order number;

  • The email address used to place the order; and

  • The reason for your return.

If your return request is approved:

  • The product must be returned in accordance with the instructions provided by our Customer Support team.

  • The issued RMA number must be clearly written on the outside of the return package.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error, such as receiving an incorrect or damaged product.

  • Original shipping charges, handling fees, expedited shipping charges, and return shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Once the returned product has been received, inspected, and approved, a refund of the purchase price, less any applicable shipping, handling, and processing charges, will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Refunds typically require 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your financial institution.

Earthia Nutrition reserves the right to refuse returns that fail to comply with this Satisfaction Guarantee or that are returned without a valid RMA number.

8. Subscription Orders (If Applicable)

Certain products may be offered through an automatically renewing subscription program.

By enrolling in a subscription, you expressly authorize Earthia Nutrition to charge your selected payment method for each recurring order at the applicable subscription price, together with any applicable taxes and shipping charges, until your subscription is cancelled.

You may cancel future subscription renewals at any time before your next scheduled billing date by logging into your account or contacting Customer Support.

Cancellation will prevent future recurring charges but will not affect orders that have already been processed or shipped.
